Choose to move forward with gratitude
Some mornings you just wake up on the wrong side of the bed, have to put one foot in front of the other, and just keep choosing to move forward.
If there is one thing I could gift you (besides an amazing uplifting community that brings you meals, cleans your house, and watches your children when you need them), it’s the gift of knowing that when things are not going your way, it will get better. And one of the fastest ways I turn around my day is by making a to-do list and a gratitude list.
And not the big things that I’m grateful for like a roof over my head or food in my pantry, but little things like how the sun feels on my face or how excited I am for my Beautycounter package to arrive tomorrow.
You might surprise yourself with how much better you feel by putting these 2 things into practice at the start and end of every day.
