Pre-holiday declutter

If I could only recommend you do one thing in preparation for the holidays, it’s to declutter one room.

Because even just a pile of stuff in the corner that you see as clutter can heighten cortisol levels that are already rising as we balance the demands of the holiday season in the middle of record inflation rates, an ongoing global pandemic, and increasingly extreme weather events, among other things. Let’s start by focusing on what we can control, and that is your immediate surroundings.

As a bonus for my local (Huntsville/Madison area) clients, I offer one 90 min, in-person meeting every month of your coaching membership to allow us to dig deeper into an area of your life that could use some minimalism. This could be your budget or your schedule, but, often, the best place to start is your home.

Together, we can open drawers, sweep shelves, and empty closets, making our way through the room that that will provide the most benefit to you once it is decluttered, cleaned, and organized. I will give you tools you can use beyond our time together to help you decide what stays and how to break the cycle of buy-donate-buy so that your space maintains the clean and calm you need for it to function for you and your loved ones.

Whether you are looking to cultivate a simplified home, pay off debt, or align your spending and investing with your values, I have the knowledge and experience to help get you there.
